Thank you for shopping at webackdrops.com, we always strive to produce great quality products and provide a great shopping experience for our customers. Whether you're shopping or browsing our website, we want you to be clear about our refund, return and exchange policies.
First of all, due to the particularity of the backdrop products, most of the ordered products are unique, and we basically cannot carry out secondary sales. If our products are not damaged, wrong or used when you receive them, we are Returns are not accepted. Thanks for your understanding.
If it is our mistake to send you the wrong backdrop, please contact us by email and we will resend you a new correct backdrop. (Please note: Our staff will ask you to send relevant pictures for us to check to see if there is any damage or error, please cooperate with our staff, thank you)
If your goods arrive with production defects or damaged, then you do not need to return the goods, we will arrange for re-delivery for you (again, in this case, you will also need to cooperate with us and send relevant photos for us to confirm)
We cannot accept returns or replace your order if it is due to your error. (For example, it's not our fault that you chose the wrong size, backdrop image, etc.)
Finally, we need to remind you that once our product starts printing production or has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order for you because you suddenly don't want it or for other reasons. Our shipping policy states the time of production and shipping time, please read before placing an order, or communicate with our staff for the exact time. If you do need to cancel your order, we will charge 20%-40% of your order value as a cost.
All returns and exchanges must be applied within 15 days after you receive the goods. Before you are ready to return or exchange the goods, please contact us by email. After our confirmation, you can return or exchange the goods. Unconfirmed returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. The resulting return costs will be borne by you. All emails will be processed in time on weekdays from Monday to Friday, and emails on weekends will be processed uniformly on Monday. If you have not received our email reply within 3 days, please check your spam in time, this is things that might happen.
Regarding refunds, after we receive the product and communicate with you to confirm that we can refund you, we will immediately start the refund process for you, and the refund will be returned to your account through your original payment method. This time usually takes one business day, but please note that your bank or credit card company will take some time to process.
Please Note:
1. Due to folding transport, it is normal to have slight fold marks. Please try ironing and cleaning to remove. Due to the material, the fluff will have small scratches, which is normal, you only need to clean or iron it. If you can't solve it, please contact us.
2. Our material is polyester which has been recognized by many photographers around the world. Please read our material description carefully before placing orders.
3. We do not guarantee the color is 100% as what you see through your display screen due to monitor differences. But please do not worry, our computer print backdrops is of high quality.
4. All custom backdrops (include custom size) can not be returned. The clarity of your custom backdrop is depends on the image your uploaded. Please upload a better image. If there is a problem with your custom backdrop order, please contact us. We will send you a new one or give you a refund.
5.Our delivery time is estimated arrival time which is affected by a number of factors, so we can not guarantee. There will be a 1-3 days difference of arrival time when shipping to the same country but different address. If you don't receive your package for a long time, please contact us, we will help you to solve the problem.
If our backdrops have any problem, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order. If our backdrop have not problem, we can not accept return because of the special nature of our products.
